Send a concise report to contact@northblanc.org with the affected URL, a description, and the minimum evidence needed to reproduce the issue. Avoid including other people’s personal information or secrets. We will investigate and coordinate a response.
Keep testing proportionate
Do not access, alter, or retain data that does not belong to you, interrupt service, perform denial-of-service testing, or use social engineering. Stop when you have enough evidence to report a potential issue. This notice does not authorize access to third-party systems or establish a paid bounty program.
Ongoing protection
The public site uses HTTPS, restrictive browser security policies, and limited input surfaces. Additional applications require access control, patching, monitoring, and recovery procedures. No system is immune to every attack; verified issues guide continued improvement.
